Reduce printing costs and minimise negative environmental impact

Documentation relating to bids, marketing campaigns and proposals can run into many thousands of pages. When it comes to working with this content, and delivering it to customers and prospects, it is a key challenge to minimise printing costs and reduce your carbon footprint.

Concurrence helped one UK public sector bidder reduce its printing and paper costs by £20,000 for a single submission.

Concurrence provides a way to collate, manage and deliver content electronically, reducing the requirement for hard copies and helping you reduce paper and printing costs dramatically. This has the added benefit of supporting your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes by significantly reducing negative environmental impact.

In one case, a UK public sector bidder used Concurrence to reduce its requirements for printed copies from 25 to less than ten. With each copy running to  over 10,000 pages, the organisation estimated it was able to save more than £20,000 on printing and packaging costs alone.

“We have been able to persuade customers to reduce their requirements for paper copies which helps us achieve our Corporate and Social Responsibility goals.”

At the same time, the number of electronic submissions requested increased from less than 10 to more than 40, increasing the efficiency of their delivery significantly.
